WHEN IS THE BIG DAY?

Sunday, 11th May 2025.

Guests should arrive around 13:30 PM for a 14:00 PM Ceremony.

The venue will close at midnight.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

We are not providing transport on the day, it's up to you to make your way to and from the venue.

There's plenty of parking and you're welcome to leave your car overnight on Sunday, but please ensure it's collected before 10:00 AM on Monday.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS / VIDEOS?

Of course! We're more than happy for you to capture precious memories on the day, but please be mindful of other guests and our photographer.

We ask that you don't use your phone during the ceremony.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Usual wedding attire, that's about it!

While the ceremony will be taking place indoors, the courtyard and grounds are open to the elements. Please keep an eye on the forecast and prepare accordingly.

We want you to be comfortable all day (so bring your dancing shoes!) but please respect that this is a formal event.

SHOULD / CAN I BRING CONFETTI?

The venue only allows fresh petal confetti, so this will be provided on the day.

WHAT ABOUT FOOD & DRINK?

We will be serving a Drinks and Canapes Reception around 14:30 PM, a Wedding Breakfast at 16:00 PM and Evening Food at 21:00 PM.

Drinks will be provided at key points throughout the day, in addition the venue operates a fully stocked bar from 14:30 PM - 23:45 PM.

Please do not bring your own alcohol.

IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS AND CHANGING FACILITIES?

The venue is almost entirely on one level and mostly flat throughout. There is a disabled bathroom with changing facilities.

HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU OR THE VENUE?

We ask that you don't contact the venue directly, we're happy to pass on any queries or special requests.

WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER MAKE IT?

Should your circumstances change please let us know as soon as possible then we can update the venue... you'll be missed!

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

The venue requires us to make you aware of the following allergy disclaimer:

"We are aware that some individuals may have severe nut allergies, which can result in life-threatening reactions.

While we strive to maintain a nut-free environment, we cannot guarantee that our premises or products are entirely free from nut allergens due to factors beyond our control.

Our staff are trained to handle allergen information, and we make every effort to provide accurate ingredient information. However, please be aware that some ingredients may be produced in facilities that also handle nuts, and cross-contamination may occur.

It is the responsibility of the individual with a nut allergy and/or their guardian, if applicable, to take necessary precautions and inform our staff about their allergy at the time of booking and upon arrival at our venue.

If you or a member of your party carries an epinephrine auto-injector (EpiPen) due to nut allergies, we require you to always keep it with you during your visit.

To enhance your safety and experience, we encourage you to inform our staff about your nut allergy at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and suggest suitable options from our menu or activities.

By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge that Shustoke Barn and its employees will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or medical complications that may arise during your visit, as a result of your nut allergy or any other allergies.

In the event of an allergic reaction, our staff will immediately call for medical assistance."
